Nursery Assistant / Horticulturist

Are you ready to cultivate something new in 2026? 🌿

Sublime Gardens is a boutique nursery nestled on a beautiful 5-acre property in Snohomish, WA. We specialize in unique perennials, shrubs, grasses, groundcovers, edibles, and medicinal herbs, with a strong focus on regionally appropriate plants. In addition to our nursery, we offer garden coaching and consulting to help gardeners gain confidence and clarity in their spaces.

Our farm follows organic and regenerative practices and is home to horses, geese, chickens, and miniature donkeys. We also regularly foster rescue dogs (often puppies), incorporating them into plant sales for socialization and community connection—so comfort around animals is important.

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on individual with solid horticultural knowledge and real-world experience in plant care, gardening, or nursery work. A horticulture degree is preferred but not required if you bring relevant, practical experience and a strong work ethic.
