This grass is one of my favorites because of its easy care and soft bunny tail like plumes that glisten in the afternoon sun! It is very similar to Pennisetum ‘Hameln’ but smaller.   Its arching and natural habit works well as a mass-planting or tucked in the front of the border with other perennials. It prefers well-drained soil and does best full sun. I like to cut mine to the ground in late winter-early spring. Do not cut back in fall.
