Low maintenance, deciduous, upright arching shrub. Clusters of small, fragrant, white flowers in early spring stand out against the narrow pale green foliage. The foliage and flowers make a wonderful addition to cut flower bouquets. Plant in full sun. Deer resistant and drought tolerant once established. Matures at about 5′ tall and wide. Prune in late winter to early spring to remove flower remnants.
